RETURN POLICY

Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible clothing items that are unworn and have tags. Please note that accessories, bodysuits, sequins, velvet, party dresses, swimwear, and sale items are FINAL SALE. Layaway items are also considered FINAL SALE.

Store Credit: NO REFUNDS will be issued. Instead, store credit will be provided in the form of a Gift Card. This gift card can be used both in-store and online and will not expire.

Mailed Items: A return label will be provided, but SHIPPING COSTS will be deducted from the store credit or paid in advance by the client.

“Pick Up” Orders: These orders are eligible for return 7 days after purchase. Items can be dropped off in-store from Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM – 5:30 PM.

Clients must notify us of the return via email or phone to obtain approval and coordinate return options.

The cost of return labels will be deducted from the store credit, typically ranging from $5-$8 depending on the weight of the items. If items are kept for more than 7 days after receiving the return slip, return eligibility may be reevaluated. Please keep in mind that we are a small store, and inventory moves quickly.

Store credit will be issued as a non-expiring GIFT CARD. Once the returned items are received and inspected (must be unused, with tags, and free of damages, odors, or stains), the Gift Card will be sent via email with a code that can be used online or in-store.
